For specific instructions on each piece, please refer to the care label printed on the inside of your garment.

In general, active wear should be washed on a cold, or a 30 degree cycle on a gentle wash, and should not be tumble dried. Washing your active wear gently, and air drying, will increase the longevity of your item.
